We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, confirm availability and arrange your stay. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have given us explicit permission.
How your enquiry is sent
Our enquiry form opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled so you can send them to us directly. If you contact us by phone or email instead, those communications are handled through the respective service providers.
Cookies & tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Standard technical data may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
Data retention
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to assist you and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
